How It Works.
This is how it works. Take a photo of the prospective client with your device. Kaywic will then identify if there is a face present or not. If no face is detected, you will be asked to retake the photo. If a face is detected, you will be prompted to take a photo of the ID. You can include all the details on the ID, or just focus on the picture. Kaywic will then identify any faces. If one is identified, you will then be prompted to commence a comparison.
A comparison is performed of over 220 analytical features. A score is produced, and if the score is lower than expected, some feedback will be given about blur, or other anomalies detected.
You can then enter the information of the Client, and click generate a report. Thereafter you have the option to turn that report into a PDF so you can save it, send it to yourself, or a colleague.
The photos are watermarked on the report with a unique ID, and the comparison score.
You get 20 face detects, 5 Compares, and 3 PDF reports for free every month. Subscriptions for higher tier services are available, as well as consumption based options. Coupons and Vouchers will be periodically provided as well.

Privacy and Data
This is a GDPR Compliant solution. At no point does Kaywic store, or keep any photos, entered data, or reports. While the analysis is performed online, all photos are deleted in less than 72 hours, and there is no digital footprint of any personally identifiable information.
Your location is requested, but not required, as it is included in the report to demonstrate where the report was produced. This can be important for document records, and compliance.
We track subscription and usage details anonymously. Each Android device has a unique identifier that is created when Android is first installed. We take that ID, and encrypt it. We then use that encrypted version to track subscription usage. We have no way to determine who, or what device it is. We only know it is a unique device.
THERE IS NO PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION TRACKED OR RETAINED BY THIS VERSION OF KAYWIC.
Future versions will offer online storage of reports, integrations with Sharepoint, Clio, Salesforce, Quickbooks and others as reasonably requested. Certain additional fees may apply.
